Tami Farber (CircusYoga) has been teaching yoga to children for 6 years. She was first certified while living in India through the Bihar School of Yoga, specializing with children. She is also a certified Yoga for the Special Child Instructor, and is currently enrolled in the YogaKids certification program. Tami completed Levels 1 & 2 of the CircusYoga Teacher Training, and continues to be a beautiful collaborator in its ongoing evolution.
Tami has taught in India, Kenya, Westchester County, and here in NYC. She joined the CircusYoga family a year ago and has found it to be a most rewarding experience. Tami received her BA with a concentration in Child Development and Education from Friends World Program, Long Island University. She is currently in her second year at Columbia University School of Social work with a concentration in International Social Welfare. She interns with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), and plans to continue working on an international level dedicating her life to children and education.
