CircusYoga celebrates the whole community, the whole family, the whole person. CircusYoga fosters a spirit of play and provides a level and deep learning field for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy basic circus skills and interactive yoga practices. Erin Maile O'Keefe creates a relaxed, playful, and energized environment that invites people of all generations to share challenging yet accessible experiences, such as

* Hatha yoga and collaborative group play
* Flying Partner Yoga and partner acrobatics
* Juggling, diabolo, devil sticks, and spinning plates
* Clowning and physical comedy
* Balancing in asanas and on a tightwire
* Thai massage
* Creative movement and dance
